Step 1 I used the Freud exhibit with my students as an introduction to a unit on personality theories. Students reviewed the exhibit in order to gain an appreciation of one of the giants of the study of personality.

Analysis of Student Learning


Students were able to make references to Freud's work during class discussions related to other theories. Students were able to better understand the concept subconscious mind and its influence upon personality.

I think I would use it in the beginning of the year when we studied pioneers of Psychology and Psychological approaches.
